We provide free return and exchange of product if following scenario has happened from our side:

  1. Wrong Product/Size/Colour/Print
  2. Defective Product/Damaged/Colour

Process for making return and exchange (If the above mentioned scenario has happened with your purchased product) :

  1. You can make a request for the return and exchange within 2-days of delivering the shipment.
  2. Please write to us at folle.helpdesk@gmail.com or on Whatsapp (+91-9958899810) for making the return and exchange request of the purchased product.
  3. Our customer support executive will respond to you within 2-working days and will further help you with the same.
  4. In case, you fulfil all the mentioned requirements for making the return and exchange, you have to send the product at the provided address.
  5. Please note that it will be entirely your responsibility for sending the product to us in the same condition as you received it. If your product gets damaged or lost during transit, we will not be responsible for it. You need to use the appropriate courier service for sending the product that it reaches us within 10 days from the date your return request has been accepted by our customer support executive.
  6. Once we receive your returned product, we will be having a quality check of your product.
  7. In case of an exchange request, we will dispatch the correct product to you within the next 2-working days. This is subject to your return shipment having met the requirements of our criteria.
  8. In case of a return request, we will transfer the amount (product cost only) to the provided bank account within 7-working days. This is subject to your return shipment having met the requirements of our criteria.
  9. In case, the returned product does not fulfil the below mentioned terms and conditions, it will be sent back to you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MAKING RETURN AND EXCHANGE:

  1. All the products that you are willing to exchange or return must be unused/unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  2. It should be returned with all the tags, coupons and stickers. Item’s missing any of these will not be accepted.
  3. Kindly pack the items securely in the same way that you have received. It will help to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. In case a customer wants to exchange or return the product due to any other reasons which are already mentioned above, he/she can make the request for the same in the above-described manner only.
  2. Customer’s return and exchange request may or may not be accepted. Same will be communicated to the customer via email itself.
  3. If return request is accepted, original shipping charges and cash on delivery charges will be non-refundable.
  4. In case of a return request, the return amount (product cost only after deductions, if any) will be added to the customer’s wallet which can be used in the next 3-months.
