1. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are flat Rs.50 for each order. There is free shipping on all the orders above Rs.1000.
2. CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on delivery is available at Rs.100 per order.
3. DELIVERY AREA
We are shipping in PAN India except some negative areas.
In case of any order that needs to be delivered outside India, customers can contact us at folle.helpdesk@gmail.com, we ship internationally at applicable charges.
4. DELIVERY TIME
Your order will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days once it is dispatched from our warehouse.
5. SHIPPING PARTNER
Domestic- Delhivery & Shree Tirupati Courier are our shipping partner for all our domestic orders.
International- FedEx is our shipping partner for all our international orders.
6. TAMPERED PARCEL
Do not accept any tampered parcel. Inform us at folle.helpdesk@gmail.com within 24 hours. We will send the new parcel for you. In case you accept the parcel, we won’t be able to claim the same from our logistics partner.
7. CUSTOMER'S PRIVACY
Customer's contact and payment information that he/she will be providing during registration or any purchases from our website will be safe and secured. It will not be shared publicly and will not be misused.
